Hi, I’m Karl, the owner of GRAIN REAPER BAKING CO (formerly Iron Crumble), where baking meets edgy alternative whatever. In 2023, a year after being diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy that turned my world upside down, I conjured up the idea of Iron Crumble, driven by the longing to indulge in a cookie whenever the craving struck. What started as a hap-hazard hobby designed to satisfy the need for dedicated GF treats evolved into a heart-warming way for me to connect to my late Nonna, who blessed me with the love of baking when I was a young girl. With a background in science and a commitment to inclusivity, I set out to create safe treats with a dark and spooky twist, making them perfect for those who crave a little edginess with their dessert. Whether you're drawn to the dark, elegant themes or simply seeking a high-quality gluten-free dessert, Grain Reaper promises an unforgettable journey into the world of gourmet cookies.
